AI is already in your business. Five products put you in control of it.
Most leaders cannot say which AI tools their people use, what they cost or what they expose. Only 31% of employers have an AI policy (CIPD, 2026) and 42% of leaders can only partly see what AI costs them (KPMG UK, 2026). GenWA closes the gap in the order you need it, then puts AI to work inside the harnesses you set.
The way of working where your team runs the software and framework.
Choose the modules that support your objectives. We help set up solutions with you, and your team runs them day to day. Advisory, the Incubator, the Accelerator and Build are the other four, and you can add them at any time.
Start with the one you lack, then add the next. Every module is priced on its own, as a range configured to your requirements.
We help set up solutions in your environment, with the software, framework, rules and records your team needs. Agree architecture, access and data routes before starting.
We set up the products with you, and a named person in your business owns each rule and each agent.

The GenWA Toolkit.
Our own collection of tools, refined, maintained and upgraded, with harnesses to supplement yours. Bundled by sector and function, and priced in writing.
We test it before you use it.
New models arrive most weeks from a handful of companies. Deciding which to use, for what, and when not to, is not a decision your employees should be making. So we make it first, in a controlled sandbox, with a dedicated research team.
Ask us to test a specific frontier model against your workload. You get a written result and, if it passes, a staged switch with a way back.
| Release | Behaviour | Stability | Cost vs current | Data | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard-tier model, 9 Sep | Pass | Pass · 0.4% drift | −11% | Pass | Approved |
| Premium model, 2 Sep | Pass | Fail · 6% drift | +38% | Pass | Declined |
| Small model, 11 Sep | Testing | Day 3 of 7 | −54% | Pass | In progress |
| Client request · voice model | Testing | Day 1 of 7 | Pending | Review | In progress |

What are the GenWA products?
GenWA has five products in two groups. Analyse, Guard and Evidence are the control harnesses: see AI use and cost, enforce your rules, and keep evidence. Automate and Grow put AI to work in the contact centre, communications, sales and marketing, each with a named owner.
Do we have to buy all five GenWA products?
No. Start with the module you lack and add the next when you are ready. A sensible start is Register and Usage Insight, then Rules, but the order depends on what your health check shows. Modules are priced separately.
We already have a tool for part of this. Do we still need GenWA?
Keep it. Modules are priced separately and Guard applies your rules to connected, routed integrations, so existing tools can sit inside one register and one record. Buy the module you are missing; the health check shows which that is.
Where is GenWA hosted and will we be locked in?
Hosting is your AWS or Azure account, or GenWA AWS as agreed. Approved model providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini and private models. Rules, prompts and records are attached to GenWA, not to one vendor. Contractual exit terms are to be confirmed.
How the supporting tools fit together
GenWA Frame brings together your policies, business knowledge and our methodology to guide the work.
The Log records what connected AI saw, produced and who approved it.
The Intelligence Layer is being built to turn those records into trends and answers linked to their source. We agree which tools are available and appropriate for your engagement.
