Every business now runs on AI.
Few are in control of it. Even fewer get a measurable return from it.
GenWA™ puts AI to work, safely: as advice, as a product, or as an agent organisation we can incubate or accelerate for you.
Illustrative animation before GenWA. AI spend increases by £1,000 for each token eaten. AI value increases by £2,000 for each gremlin caught. These amounts illustrate the story and are not measured business outcomes.

Read what the film says
71% of your people have used AI tools you never approved. 28% say there was no approved alternative. Source shown in the film: Microsoft UK, Censuswide, 2025. Music throughout; no speech.
Every business now runs on AI. Few are in control of it. Do you know how your organisation is using AI today? Most can’t answer. In three weeks, you will.
Nobody owns the whole picture. That costs you four ways. The bill you can’t see: only 26% of companies fully track what AI costs them; 22% see nothing until the invoice (KPMG, 2026). Paying premium by default: the premium share of AI cost rose from 6% to 56% in ten months, June 2025 to April 2026, for work most models handle well (Ramp, 2026). Accounts you don’t own: only 31% of UK employers have an AI policy at all; 63% have no AI access controls (CIPD, 2026; IBM, 2025). Nothing you can prove: 95% of enterprise AI pilots show no measurable return; 30% are abandoned after proof of concept (MIT NANDA, 2025; Gartner, 2024).
A regulator will ask. So will your next tender. The film lists the Data (Use and Access) Act: UK GDPR updated for automated decisions, in force February 2026; the ICO statutory AI code, 2026: evidence of controls, not a policy PDF; and ISO/IEC 42001, now in tenders alongside SOC 2 and Cyber Essentials.
The answer isn’t to ban it. Or to buy another platform. Treat AI like any other part of the business. See it. Rule it. Cost it. Prove it.
One methodology between your business and every AI lab. People: staff on managed accounts. Systems: AI inside CRM, finance and HR. Agents: GenWA’s and your own. Developers: applications calling models. Identity, rules, redaction, model choice, metering and ledger sit between those requests and any model or lab: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, AWS, Meta and Mistral AI. Deployed in your cloud; nothing routes through GenWA. Your rules, on every request. Whichever lab answers.
Start where it hurts. Add the rest when you’re ready. Analyse: see it. See every tool, account and pound. Guard: control it. Your rules, enforced on every outcome. Evidence: prove it. GenWA helps you keep an appropriate record. Automate: put it to work. AI doing real jobs, with a named owner. Grow: scale it. Growth, efficiency and return on investment.
£192,427 a year. Same work. Same people. £9,853 a month from model choice and routing, £3,974 a month from unused seats and £2,208 a month from duplicate tools. Based on industry benchmarks (Ramp, Zylo, Netskope, RouteLLM). Individual results vary. Your health check replaces every assumption with your numbers.
Find out where your AI stands. Then decide. Built by people who ran FCA-regulated businesses, and know that control is what lets you move fast. Start the free AI health check: under 60 seconds online; 48 hours with your usage data; no obligation. All the upside of AI. None of the surprises.

What AI can unlock for your business.
Turn ambition into a funded plan with owners, milestones and evidence of return. We help you connect AI to business strategy, lead the transformation and build a more efficient, resilient business.
Challenges
- An AI strategy that is not fully costed or funded
- Projects that move quickly but do not show commercial return
- A business plan disrupted by new AI competitors
- Transformation without clear owners or milestones
- Teams whose skills and structure lag behind the tools
Opportunities
- Build a costed AI strategy tied to your business plan
- Measure time to value and stop work that is not paying back
- Test new products, markets and ways of serving customers
- Build alongside your team with accountable human leadership
- Prepare a clear evidence-led story for funding, a board or an exit
Make appropriate controls, records and escalation part of how work gets done. We help your team identify exposures, document decisions and prepare evidence for its own assurance work.
Challenges
- AI use without a known owner or data-flow map
- Policies that are not reflected in daily work
- Records that cannot show who reviewed a consequential output
- Supplier AI whose coverage and limitations are unclear
- Assurance expectations changing faster than internal skills
Opportunities
- Map controls to the requirements your team identifies
- Name reviewers and escalation routes on consequential workflows
- Keep an appropriate record of inputs, checks and decisions
- Review supplier routes and evidence coverage before adoption
- Prepare assurance packs with clear gaps and qualifications
AI changes both the cost base and the assumptions behind your business plan. We help you assess spend, forecast scenarios and measure commercial impact, with finance keeping ownership of the decisions.
Challenges
- AI costs spread across licences, consumption and teams
- Forecasts built on assumptions AI has changed
- Pressure to cut costs while funding growth
- Benefits that count saved minutes without showing cash impact
- Funding, fundraising or exit preparation without clear AI evidence
Opportunities
- Bring AI spend and ownership into one financial view
- Build scenarios and stress-test the assumptions behind the forecast
- Prioritise work by measurable return and time to value
- Prepare monthly board packs and decision-ready financial models
- Support funding and diligence preparation with traceable evidence
Understand where AI is used, how work moves through the business and where people need to supervise it. We help systemise workflows, improve quality and reduce avoidable rework.
Challenges
- No complete view of how teams are using AI
- Workflows built around tools rather than operational needs
- Output that needs repeated checking or correction
- Unclear supervision, escalation and exception handling
- Pilots that cannot be run consistently by the operation
Opportunities
- Map work, ownership, controls and hand-offs together
- Redesign selected workflows around a measurable service outcome
- Use human review and escalation at consequential steps
- Measure throughput, quality, rework and time to value
- Build and run alongside the people who own the operation
You are expected to answer every AI question. We bring engineering and transformation experience to support architecture, stakeholder conversations, organisational design and safe experimentation.
Challenges
- Every AI question lands on technology leadership
- Changing models and tools outrun architectural decisions
- Board expectations exceed the available skills and capacity
- Experiments lack a secure, repeatable test environment
- Tool adoption bypasses data, access and release controls
Opportunities
- Test scoped architectures in a controlled sandbox
- Use reviewed harnesses, tests and named human checkpoints
- Support board conversations with evidence and costed choices
- Train commercial teams and develop shared working practices
- Build with your team and an accountable senior engineer
The board needs to decide where AI changes the plan, what to invest in and who will deliver it. We help connect strategy, skills, organisational design, risk and measurable progress.
Challenges
- A business plan that has not been tested against AI change
- Investment choices without a costed route to value
- Management reports that describe activity rather than outcomes
- Unclear accountability for skills, agents and consequential decisions
- An organisation structure designed for yesterday’s work
Opportunities
- Review the plan and prioritise AI investments by evidence
- Test scenarios before making capital commitments
- Receive a regular board pack on costs, outcomes and risks
- Agree the people, skills and oversight needed for delivery
- Challenge progress against milestones and time to value
Help portfolio companies embed AI in strategy and operations. We support diligence, deal preparation and measurable value creation, including the transition from SaaS to AI-enabled business models.
Challenges
- SaaS businesses whose differentiation is being challenged by AI
- Portfolio companies moving at different speeds with little comparable evidence
- Deal sourcing and diligence that consume scarce team time
- AI claims that do not translate into a defensible valuation story
- A value-creation plan without a funded AI operating strategy
Opportunities
- Assess AI exposure and opportunities in each holding
- Support sourcing, evaluation, diligence and fundraising preparation
- Build an evidence-led plan for AI-enabled products and operations
- Track outcomes and time to value through comparable board packs
- Test the enterprise-value story without promising a valuation premium
Make AI part of a funded, measurable business strategy.

The questions we’re helping businesses address.
What is GenWA and what does it do?
GenWA helps businesses unlock value from AI through growth, cost reduction and operational excellence.
We offer flexible ways of working: advisory, product modules, building alongside your team, incubation and acceleration.
Modules are bundled around your business objectives, with appropriate controls, records and named human oversight. See how we design AI to work as one organisation.
How can I find out what AI my staff are using?
Start with our AI health check. Answer a short questionnaire, upload a usage export or book an on-site visit. The usage-export check runs locally in your browser with no AI API calls. We send first findings within 48 hours, then the full audit and a 90-day plan within ten working days.
Who is GenWA for?
GenWA is built for UK businesses already using or adopting AI, especially those of 10 to 500 people without an in-house AI team. Owners, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CTOs and compliance leads use it to see AI use and cost, enforce rules and keep evidence. Start-ups and enterprises have routes too.
How much does an AI audit cost?
Indicative audit fees range from £7,500 to £19,500, excluding VAT, depending on scope and company size. We agree the price in writing before you commit.
Where can GenWA work and which AI models can it use?
GenWA can work in your own AWS or Azure, or GenWA’s own accounts as agreed. We can work with approved providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini and private models. Personal data is redacted before approved external model calls. Data processing terms are confirmed in the security review.
Does GenWA work alongside Copilot, ChatGPT and the AI tools we already pay for?
We can work alongside any of your selected model choices, and advise on best use, utilising GenWA methodologies and tools where appropriate.
